  • Inventory & Ordering: Oversee inventory, place vendor orders, negotiate pricing, and implement systems to reduce waste and control costs.
  • Quality Control & Guest Experience: Maintain high beverage standards through tastings, feedback management, and collaboration with chefs for perfect pairings.
  • Cost Control & Profitability: Analyze sales, develop pricing strategies, and optimize operations to drive revenue and efficiency.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to liquor laws, health regulations, and safety standards while maintaining necessary certifications.
  • Events & Brand Growth: Plan bar events, build brand partnerships, and stay ahead of industry trends to elevate Queen’s Harbour’s beverage experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Natural leader with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
  • Strong mixology skills, with a deep understanding of cocktails, wine, and spirits.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills—able to multitask, schedule efficiently, and maintain high standards.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets, costs, and inventory effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet and resolve conflicts.
  • Knowledge of local liquor laws and responsible alcohol service regulations.

Why Join Queen’s Harbour?

  • Be part of an exciting, innovative restaurant redefining hospitality.
  • Opportunities for career growth in a dynamic and evolving company.
  • A collaborative and passionate work environment.

Benefits:

  • Competitive pay + performance incentives
  • Vacation pay
  • Health & Dental Benefits
  • Friends and Family discount
  • Manager Meal
  • Ongoing training & professional development
