Pay –$26-$30/hr. DOE

Job Summary of the Automobile Title Clerk position
Integr8staff seeks an experienced Automobile Title Clerk to work with the vehicle title processing team to process titles of the dealerships vehicles and support the accounting and finance departments.

Responsibilities of the Automobile Title Clerk position
Process new and used car DMV applications, follow up on status of vehicle titles.
Maintain clean schedules
Provide support to finance and sales departments.
Process new and used car inventory purchases.
Prepare account reconciliations.

Requirements of the Automobile Title Clerk position
Automotive Business Office and/or accounting experience /DMV experience preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities.
Ability to interact with multiple department managers.
Experience handling cash transactions.
Extremely PC / IT literate.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Integrity.
Excellent work ethic.
Pre-Employment drug screening
Background check.
