As an Administrative Officer 2, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for annual grant programs, maintaining records related to PA SHPO's incentives programs, providing notifications to applicants, responding to inquiries, as well as analyzing program trends. You will have the opportunity to serve on the PA SHPO's leadership team where you will compile data to complete annual reporting to the National Park Service and participate in the roundtable meetings twice a month to review priorities and contribute to the bureau's organizational planning.
