About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and responsible administrative assistant who will also take on the role of Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, supporting our real estate sales team. If you're someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, we'd love to meet you. While experience in real estate is a plus, it's not a requirement—if you're eager to learn, we'll provide all the training you need!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide reliable administrative support to the sales team.
Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring smooth coordination and tracking.
Organize, maintain, and verify documents and files with precision using cloud-based platforms.
Help schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring a seamless workflow.
Respond to phone calls and emails with professionalism and care.
Perform data entry and keep detailed, accurate records.
Cross-train in different administrative tasks to provide effective team support.
Create and manage checklists to ensure every task is completed thoroughly and on time.
