Job Description

At Inspired Thinking Group (ITG), we are on the lookout for a talented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and nurturing strong working relationships. Your strategic thinking and passion for customer satisfaction will enable you to efficiently manage various key accounts while driving operational excellence and innovation.

Your expertise will be key in overseeing photo studio project developments from conception to execution, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget. You will work closely with our creative and production teams to deliver outstanding solutions tailored to our clients' needs, with a strong focus on print management and digital solutions.

Additionally, you will support the Account Director in achieving financial targets, planning project timelines, and preparing thorough reports on account performance. By leveraging industry insights and market trends, you'll drive both growth and efficiency for our clients and ITG alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all photo studio projects for retail client's general merchandise line
  • Represent ITG as a trusted and strategic advisor, owning relationships with key decision makers for ITG's most strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with internal & external agency partners to drive creative and omni-channel strategies, including dollar allocations, execution & reporting
  • Support quarterly business meetings
  • Develop actionable briefs and SOWs and effectively lead kick-off meetings and consistently advise internal account and creative team
  • Manage timelines, calendars, and planning tools
  • Stays informed on industry trends, competitors, regulations, and related insights to address client needs proactively

Requirements

To be a successful Account Manager at ITG, you should possess:

  • At least 1 year in account management or a similar role, preferably within a creative or marketing agency preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience working on an account that produced photos for retail, digital, and print publications
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about solving business problems for clients
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to strategize effective campaigns, develop client recommendations across various channels, and manage campaign components post-approval
  • Confidence in understanding and meeting clients’ expectations
  • Strong collaborator, adept at working with internal and external partners to drive strategic project execution, effective budgeting, and insightful reporting
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage high volumes of information in deadline-driven environments
  • Ability to get to our Portland photo studio 2x per month
